We create jobs that give marginalized people a place in the world with purpose and change social stigmas in the workplace.  By providing Native American and Samoan youth and members of the LGBTQ+ community with mentorship, people with disabilities, and typical crew members job coaches, we change the entertainment culture. This fresh 'inclusive synergy' generates deep human connections, which influence our entertainment content in surprising ways, giving a new voice to entertainment.
