We create jobs that give marginalized people a place in the world with purpose and change social stigmas in the workplace. By providing Indigenous people and members of the LGBTQ+ community with mentorship, people with disabilities job coaches to work along side of typical crew members; we change the entertainment culture. This fresh 'inclusive synergy' generates deep human connections, which influence our entertainment content in surprising ways, giving a new voice to entertainment.
